Yes! This is a 10-week journey to help you master your mindset, overcome limiting beliefs and build mental resilience.
We meet once a week for a 60-minute online session. Each session builds on the last, combining mindset tools and reflection.
We will arrange a mutually agreeable time and date to begin the program.
