Payment & Cancellation

The investments you make in my sessions or events are an investment in yourself.  These offerings have the potential to bring great change & transformation to your life and there is a lot of love and energy that I put into the creation and serving of these offerings.

As such, I do not offer refunds. I have the following boundaries when it comes to payment policy:

1:1 & 1:2 Healing Sessions:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

You may reschedule your 1:1 or 1:2 session with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of both the session and payment.

If I need to cancel or make unexpected changes to your private session, you will be offered the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

If you are no longer able to attend, please can you let me know as soon as possible so that we can find a more suitable date for you and so I have time to offer the space to someone else.

If you arrive late for your appointment, this will result in your session time being reduced. Late arrivals and no shows are still charged 100% full value. It is your responsibility to attend the session and email reminders will be sent upon booking, 48hrs, 24hrs & 2hrs prior to the session.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOR CONFIRMATION EMAILS. PLEASE ADD MY EMAIL TO YOUR 'SAFE SENDERS' SO THEY DON'T LAND IN YOUR JUNK MAIL.

AGE POLICY

Clients under the age of 16 are welcome to come for sound & reiki healing but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed session to take place. They must be present throughout the duration of the session which includes being present in the room whilst the session takes place. I suggest booking one of my 1:2 offerings when booking for a minor.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

When booking, please advise of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. This is to ensure both your safety and& suitability.

GENERAL ETIQUETTE

We prioritise a safe and respectful environment for all sessions. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying physically or verbally abusive behavior, including but not limited to inappropriate, aggressive, or sexual conduct. Sessions will also not proceed if the client is intoxicated.

We uphold a high standard of personal hygiene, and kindly ask all clients to do the same prior to their session.

Events (Sound Baths & Day Retreats):

Full payment for events is required at the time of booking (unless a payment plan has been offered).

All payments are non-refundable & non-transferable. We may be able to transfer your space to an alternative date (provided at least 48hrs notice is given) however this will be at my discretion & is not guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to attend the session & I kindly ask to let us know as soon as possible if cancellation is foreseeable.

In the event that I need to cancel an event you will either be given the option to reschedule the booking to another day or a full refund will be offered.

Longer term programmes & courses (coming soon):

For longer term programmes/courses, you will have the option to pay in full or payment plans will be offered.

If you enter into a payment plan with me, you will sign a contractual agreement and be bound by those terms. You will be held accountable to pay the full payment plan for the full amount of time whether or not you complete the course/programme.

I do not offer refunds for longer commitment courses/programmes unless in extenuating circumstances where I have to make unexpected changes or cancellations to the running of the offering. Reschedules/changes may be possible at my discretion depending on availability and circumstances of individual cases.
