I gained practical counselling skills, explored major theoretical models, and developed self-awareness through group exercises, ethical training and applied practice in listening, reflecting, and responding.

I gained foundational understanding of social care practice, including principles of health, wellbeing, and safeguarding. Explored leadership, ethical practice and applied theoretical approaches, including key psychology principles, to real-world settings.

I gained a First Class Degree in Occupational Therapy, gaining knowledge in psychology, human development & holistic health. I trained in assessment, goal-setting, intervention and evaluation, working across community healthcare, mental health, learning disabilities and end-of-life care. My degree combined theory, research, and hands-on placements, with a focus on evidence-based practice and supporting individuals to improve wellbeing and find meaning & purpose.

I completed Reiki Level 1 in 2022 and spent a year practicing and integrating it into my daily life. After this period of personal exploration, I progressed to Reiki Level 2 in 2023, completing over 10 case studies and practical sessions before offering Reiki healing professionally to clients.

I completed training with The Centre for Healing, gaining in-depth knowledge of different types of trauma, its effects on the nervous system, memory, identity, relationships and worldview. I also learned trauma-informed coaching skills, including holding space, attunement and supporting emotional awareness, helping clients safely work through unconscious patterns, self-sabotage, and trauma’s impact on the mind, body, and spirit.

I completed my Level 1 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing training with the Sound Healing Academy, where I learned the foundations of sound therapy and vibrational healing. I then went on to train further with GLOW School of Sound Healing, diving deeper into the science of sound, energy work and musicality, allowing me to offer sound healing in a grounded, knowledgeable and intuitive way.

I’m training in conscious connected breathing techniques that help release stored trauma from the body, regulate the nervous system, and reduce stress and anxiety. Breathwork is a powerful somatic tool that reconnects clients with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom, often unlocking healing that words alone cannot reach.

I completed a triple certification in Mindset Coaching, Life Coaching, and Spiritual & Soul Purpose Coaching, integrating evidence-based coaching methods with embodiment and spiritual practices.

Mindset Work

Trained in supporting clients to master their mindset by identifying and transforming limiting beliefs, reframing negative thought patterns, and cultivating empowering mental habits. Key areas include: goal setting, cognitive distortions and thinking patterns, neuroplasticity, locus of control, emotional mastery, habits for success, and relationship dynamics.

My coaching toolkit includes NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), behavioural coaching, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and CBT-informed approaches.

While I value evidence-based tools and research, my work is also rooted in lived experience. Everything I offer comes from a place of embodiment - I’ve walked through anxiety, body dysmorphia, grief, trauma and the never ending journey of healing.

I’ve invested deeply in my own therapy and coaching and I continue to do the inner work. What I share isn’t just theory, it’s integrated wisdom. I use what I’ve lived and learned to support my clients in meaningful, grounded ways.
